South Jersey Shamrocks Lacrosse

All high intensity training sessions will run four consecutive weeks on the INDOOR TURF at Total Turf or Mavericks Training Facility.

Session 1 Fall- Wednesdays 10/4 through 10/25 at Mavericks Training Facility, Moorestown NJ

Boys and Girls in grades 2  to 6: 7:00pm to 8:00pm
Boys and Girls in grades 7 to 12: 8:00pm to 9:00pm

Session 2 Fall- Mondays 10/9 through 10/30 at Total Turf, Pitman NJ

Boys and Girls in grades 5 to 12: 7:30- 8:30pm

Session 3- Wednesdays 11/15- 12/6 at Total Turf, Pitman NJ 

Boys and Girls in grades 2  to 6: 7:00pm to 8:00pm
Boys and Girls in grades 7 to 12: 8:00pm to 9:00pm

Session 4- Mondays 11/27- 12/18 at Total Turf, Pitman NJ

Boys and Girls in grades 2  to 6: 7:00pm to 8:00pm
Boys and Girls in grades 7 to 12: 8:00pm to 9:00pm
Session 5- Thursdays 11/30-12/21 at Mavericks Training Facility, Moorestown NJ 

Boys in grades 2  to 6: 7:00pm to 8:00pm
Boys in grades 7 to 12: 8:00pm to 9:00pm

Session 6- Tuesdays 1/9- 1/30  at Total Turf, Pitman NJ

Boys and Girls in grades 2  to 6: 7:00pm to 8:00pm
Boys and Girls in grades 7 to 12: 8:00pm to 9:00pm

Session 7- Tuesdays 2/6- 2/27 at Total Turf, Pitman NJ 

Boys and Girls in grades 2  to 6: 7:00pm to 8:00pm
Boys and Girls in grades 7 to 12: 8:00pm to 9:00pm

Equipment Needed: 
Girls- Lacrosse eyewear, stick, cleats and a drink
Boys- Helmet, gloves, cleats and a drink

The total cost if $160 which includes all 4 sessions.   Sessions are limited to 24 players.  

Please note: You must be able to catch and throw with both hands.   This is not a good training program for players with novice stick skills.  

Additional note:  Please register with the appropriate age group so you are training with the correct group.  Players that register with the incorrect age group will be moved to the correct age group. 

PLEASE READ THE REFUND POLICY BEFORE PROCEEDING: 

Refund Policy:  No refunds within 1 week of the start of the training series.  Prior to 1 week before the start of the training series the refund will be less a $35 administrative fee.  No refunds for any reason (including Covid) once the training starts.
